EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for:

  • size issues
  • damaged products
  • incorrect items received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • the product must be unused and unwashed
  • tags and original packaging should be intact
  • exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Please note:
Customers may be responsible for shipping charges in certain exchange cases.

RETURN POLICY

Currently, WEAR BL4CK only accepts returns for:

  • damaged products
  • incorrect items delivered
  • major manufacturing defects

We do not offer returns for:

  • change of mind
  • slight color variation due to screen differences
  • incorrect size selection by the customer

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • a brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
